toxic waste dump?
Here's an older picture from back at mile 91 off my camera. This section of California desert is littered with old plastic containers contaminated with Oxidane, more commonly known as dihydrogen monoxide, a universal solvent as well as a biological lubricant and coolant. And I'm very thankful to those Trail Angels who did this!

I've been aware of this dangerous chemical for many-many years, but hadn't realized it's deleterious nature was so proliferate in desert areas. I’m glad to see the Trail Angles containing this contaminate so effectively. I hope you played your part in helping to dispose of it.
